Processing Notes

  • 3rd party processors are allowed

  • Self processing is allowed

  • All IRRRLS - $700 per file with LOA Plus level

  • You may NOT switch levels between loans

  • You will have a primary assigned processor

  • Processor and LOA will be the same person -- one hand touch

  • Processing fee can only be charged on CORR loans at $700 per file

  • All onboarding and deal desk files will be proessed as partner level
